Wynot Public Schools will have a 10am late start on Wednesday, Feb 23rd due to dangerously cold temperatures in the morning. Busses will run accordingly.
With district and state basketball fast approaching we wanted to make you aware of a common problem we have seen on Facebook. It is VERY common for random people to post on our school or community Facebook page offering a link to the live stream of the game. This is almost NEVER a working link but instead will take you to a scam website. We try to delete these but often times they come in at a rapid pace in the form of either posts to our pages or as comments on other posts. Please know that unless Wynot Public Schools or a community member you personally know posts a link to a streaming site (usually NFHS, strive, or youtube) then it is most likely a scam.
Thank you to the Cedar-Knox power company for coming to Wynot to present to our 5th and 9th graders on electricity and power safety!
